One of the most exclusive places to belong—the locker room—was an essential place where lifelong relationships, memories and culture took shape. A place that was the cornerstone to the sense of community that being on a team gave us. Our efforts to recreate the same atmosphere that was enjoyed by many, our first clubhouse will open in New York City in 2023.
We will strategically open Clubhouses around the country as our community grows.

Sport gave us coaches, goals, structure and systems to guide our performance. These skills didn’t go away when we stopped playing, we use them everyday and combined with the best research about athlete motivation (Motivate Lab) we give you the playbook to maximize your Athlete Operating System.
Training Camp
The entry point for membership, Training Camp gives every member a shared language around self-discovery and an experience leveraging the Athlete Operating System (aOS).

Captains lead leaders. Learn tools to facilitate and run meetings more effectively.
Hogan Assessment + Executive Coach
Self-scouting is one of the most important skills good leaders embrace. As part of membership you will have the opportunity to take one of the most reputable leadership assessments in the industry with a readout from an executive coach.
