When I hung up my cleats after my NFL days were over, I started pursuing my next career, and realized that I deeply missed being an athlete in more ways than one. I missed the competition, the grind, the wins, the losses,  the collective pursuit of greatness and the drive to find ways to constantly get better, but more than anything, I missed the community. That’s why I decided to create The Post—an invite-only leadership network built by athletes, for athletes. We are building and supporting the most effective and diverse global network of leaders through its exclusivity to athletes.
